Identify the copyrighted work and provide the exact UpThat URL of the disputed material. Explain the ownership or authority on which you rely, and include your name and reliable contact details.
For a notice intended under U.S. DMCA procedures, include a physical or electronic signature; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner. Consider permissions and applicable copyright exceptions before filing. Do not knowingly submit false or misleading claims. We may request missing information, investigate the material, restrict access or remove it as appropriate.
If your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, email the same address with its former location and evidence of your rights or permission. We will review the response and may share relevant details with the complainant.
